Flow Post Privacy Policy

Flow Post lets you plan the videos you'll post on social media: their stage, post date and time, captions and notes, and optionally the video files. This policy explains what it stores, why, who helps run it, and how to delete it.

Your Flow account

One account works in every Flow app. We keep your email address and name. Your password is handled by our sign-in provider (Supabase) and never reaches us in readable form.

What Flow Post stores

• Your plan: each video's title, stage, post date and time, platforms, caption, hashtags and notes.
• Your videos: video files you upload (up to 50 MB each) and a small cover picture made from each one, in private storage that only your account can open.
• About your account: the short description you write in Settings for the caption writer.

Connected accounts and automatic posting

If you connect YouTube, Instagram or TikTok, we keep the sign-in key that app gives us on our server only (never in the app), and use it only to post the videos you choose, at the time you pick or when you press Post now. We send that app the video, the caption, the hashtags and the settings you chose (for TikTok: who can see it, comments, Duet, Stitch and promotional content). We save the link to each post so you can open it. Disconnect any account in Settings at any time; we then delete its key. What happens to a video after it's posted is covered by that app's own privacy policy.

Reminders

If you turn on reminders, we keep a notification address for your device so we can tell you when it's time to post, and when a video was posted or couldn't be.

The caption writer

When you ask for captions, we send what you wrote about the video, its title and notes, the tone, language and platforms, the description of your account and the video's cover picture to Anthropic (Claude) to write them. The video itself is never sent. Anthropic doesn't use it to train its models. We count how many captions you ask for each day for the daily limit.

What Flow Post never does

Flow Post never posts anything for you, never shares your plan or videos with anyone, and never uses your videos for anything else.

Who helps run Flow Post

• Supabase hosts the database, file storage and sign-in.
• Anthropic writes captions when you ask for them.
• Google (YouTube), Meta (Instagram) and TikTok receive the videos you choose to post to them through your connected accounts.
• Cloudflare hosts the app.

Keeping and deleting your data

Your data stays until you delete it. You can delete single items in the app at any time.

Delete account: Settings → Help & support → Delete account permanently deletes your Flow account and everything stored for it in every Flow app (Flowra, Flow Money, Flow Trail, Flow Link and Flow Post). You can do this from the website in any browser too. If you can't sign in, use Forgot password on the sign-in screen first. If that doesn't work, contact us and we'll delete your account within 30 days after confirming by email that it's yours.

Delete any video from your plan at any time; its files are deleted with it.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Database rules make sure only your own signed-in account can read or change your data. Secret keys stay on our server and are never sent to your device.

Children

Flow apps are not meant for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we don't knowingly collect their data.

We don't sell your data

We don't sell your data, show ads, or share your email with unrelated services.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app about important changes.
